摘要
在实验诊断教学中,应用病例分析的教学方法于综合性实验课堂中。通过测试卷和调查问卷的形式,客观评价教学效果。结果提示,此环节能有效提高医学生的学习兴趣,有助于加强基础医学与临床医学的沟通,拓展知识面,对临床思维过程的培养、分析和诊断疾病能力的提高有重要意义。
The effectiveness of case analysis in experiment teaching of laboratory diagnosis was discussed.The results showed that the investigated students improved their learning interest,their ability of learning new courses and their clinic ideation cultivated.The laboratory medicine teaching can be combined with case analysis which played an important role to cultivate the clinical ideation and practice ability of students.
