摘要
目的:制备葛根素微丸,建立葛根素微丸中葛根素含量测定的方法。方法:离心造粒法制备葛根素微丸。HPLC法测定葛根素的含量,色谱条件为C18柱,以甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm。结果:所制备的微丸产率达80%以上,葛根素含量在0.025～0.500μg之间线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.44%,RSD为1.14%。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于葛根素微丸的制备和质量控制。
Objective：To prepare Puerain Pellets and establish a method for determining the content of Puerain in Puerain Pellets.Methods：The Puerain Pellets were prepared by using a centrifugal granulator.The HPLC method was established for determination of Puerarin in Puerarin Pellets.A ODS C18 column was adopted.The mobile phase was methanol-water solution（30∶70） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results：The productivity was more than 80%,the linearity range was 0.025-0.500 μg,The average recovery of Puerarin was 98.44%,RSD was 1.14%.Conclusion：The method is simple,precise and reliable,which is suitable for preparing and determining Puerain Pellets.
