摘要
目的探讨输尿管导管注水灌洗配合输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法 2010年5月—2011年5月我院38例输尿管结石患者在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术前先将5 F输尿管导管插至结石上方留置,持续注水灌洗的同时进行钬激光碎石。结果本组38例输尿管结石患者均一次碎石成功,平均手术时间34 min,术中无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等并发症。结论输尿管导管注水灌洗配合输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石,手术视野更清晰,结石不易上移,疗效安全确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy with combined ureteral catheter irrigation in treating ureteral calculus.Methods Thirty-eight patients with ureteral calculus in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2011 underwent ureteroscopic Ho：YAG laser lithotripsy after the placement of 5F ureteral catheter into the ureter,above the calculus,with sustained irrigation during the whole operative process.Results The operation of ureteral lithotripsy were successful without intraoperative complications including ureteral perforation and tearing in all 38 cases.The average operation time was 30 min.Conclusion Ureteroscopic Ho：YAG laser lithotripsy with ureteral catheter irrigation leads to better visibility of the surgical field,prevents the calculus from moving upward,and delivers substantial effects and safety.
