摘要
目的:探讨局麻下二次微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)的疗效与安全性。方法:2005年8月～2007年5月采用局麻下二次MPCNL治疗肾结石患者28例。结果:28例均获得较好疗效,无严重并发症发生,无一例中转开放手术。结论:在局麻下行二次MPCNL手术创伤小,操作简便,疗效满意,费用低廉,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective：To evaluate the safety and feasibility of secondly mini invasive Percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL） under local anesthesia in treating kidney calculi, Methods;Retrospectively investigated the clinical results of 28 patients with secondly MPCNL under local anesthesia from August 2005 to May 2007. Results： 28 cases were achieved by MPCNL, No major complications were noted in these patients. Conclusions; Secondly MPCNL under local anesthesia is safe and effective in treating kidney calculi. It may offer advantages with respect to less invasion and easy recovery.
