摘要 目的:探讨局麻下二次微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)的疗效与安全性。方法:2005年8月~2007年5月采用局麻下二次MPCNL治疗肾结石患者28例。结果:28例均获得较好疗效,无严重并发症发生,无一例中转开放手术。结论:在局麻下行二次MPCNL手术创伤小,操作简便,疗效满意,费用低廉,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective:To evaluate the safety and feasibility of secondly mini invasive Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) under local anesthesia in treating kidney calculi, Methods;Retrospectively investigated the clinical results of 28 patients with secondly MPCNL under local anesthesia from August 2005 to May 2007. Results: 28 cases were achieved by MPCNL, No major complications were noted in these patients. Conclusions; Secondly MPCNL under local anesthesia is safe and effective in treating kidney calculi. It may offer advantages with respect to less invasion and easy recovery.
