摘要
在AlCl3-NaCl-KCl-CeCl3的熔融盐中于钢铁基体上进行电镀,获得掺入Ce的铝镀层。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜等测试了Al-Ce镀层的微观结构、表面形貌。在w(NaCl)=3.5%的NaCl溶液中,测试了该镀层的塔菲尔极化曲线。试验结果表明,在熔盐中加入CeCl3提高了镀层的耐腐蚀性能,加强了Al(222)相的生长。
The aluminum electro-deposit on the surface of Q235 steel has been done in AlCl3-NaCl-KCl-CeCl3 salt solvent.The microstructure and surface morphology of aluminum-cerium alloy coating are tasted by X-ray diffraction and SEM.The Tafel curves of the coating have been examined in the 3.5% NaCl solvent.Experimental results show that the corrosion resistant of the coatings has been increased and the Al(222)phase has been strengthened,that is because of the CeCl3 adding in the salt solvent.
