摘要
作为教师不仅要学识渊博,而且要师德高尚,然而当前师德缺失却是不争的事实。本文列举了当前师德缺失的现状,探讨了师德缺失的原因,并从关注教师的政治生命、维护教师的权威、加强正面教育等五个方面提出了师德重建的措施。
As a teacher one one should not only be knowledgeable,but also should be of noble teaching ethics.Nowadays so many teachers are lacking of teaching morality,which is an indisputable fact.This article lists the status of the current teaching ethics and the reasons for lacking morality are discussed.Five measures are proposed to reconstruct teaching ethics from the aspects such as paying attention to teachers′ political life,maintaining the authority of teachers,strengthening the positive aspects of education and so on.
