摘要
工程项目Partnering模式在缩短工期、降低成本、减少争议、提高工程质量等方面发挥了积极作用。在回顾国内外学者关于Partnering模式研究的基础上,归纳总结了工程项目Partnering模式的6个关键成功因素,即高级管理层的支持、资源的共享、相互的信任、有效的沟通、有效率的协调和共同的目标,这些关键成功因素并不是独立的,相互间有着密切关系,共同决定着Partnering模式在工程项目中的成功。
Partnering Mode in construction projects plays an active role in curling time limit, lowering cost, reducing disputes and improving quality of projects. Based on a review of studies on Partnering Mode by overseas scholars, this paper summarizes six critical success factors for Partnering Model in construction projects, namely, support from higher management department, resource sharing, mutual trust, effective communication, efficient coordination and a common goal. These six factors are not independent from but closely related to each other and jointly contribute to the success of Partnering Model in construction projects.
