摘要
采用ANSYS软件中的模态叠加法对3种焊接类型的金属波纹管进行瞬态动力学分析,分别得出它们的位移-时间曲线和应力-时间曲线。通过分析比较可知,在相同工况下,双圆弧的位移最小,三圆弧的次之,单圆弧的最大;三圆弧的应力最大,单圆弧和两圆弧的相差不大。综合考虑两种因素,双圆弧波纹管是最佳选择。
The mode superposition method was employed in transient dynamic analysis of three-type bellows, having their displacement-time curve and the stress-time curve compared shows that in the same working condition, the double-circular arc displacement is the minimum and the single arc' s the largest; regarding the stress, three-circular arc' s is the largest and the single arc' s and two-circular arc' s are similar, and selecting two-circular arc can be a best choice.
