摘要 波纹管作为焊接金属波纹管机械密封的关键零件,其波形的结构参数对力学性能和使用性能影响很大。在相关理论公式和受力分析的基础上,利用ANSYS软件模拟工况下波片的运行状况,选取直边S形波和3种不同倾斜角的斜边S形波进行耐压性能分析,结果表明45°斜边S形波受力情况良好,耐压能力较强。在此波形的基础上分析了波宽、波深、圆弧半径等参数对耐压性能、弹率和失稳因子的影响,此研究结果对焊接金属波纹管的波形优化设计有一定的参考价值。 Welded bellows is the key components in mechanical seal of welded metal bellows. The structure parameters of waveform had a great effect on mechanical properties and service performance. By using ANSYS with theoretical formula and mechanical analysis to simulate the waveform working condition, this article selected sigmoid waveform of straight side and sigmoid waveform of tilt side with three different tilt angles to analyze its pressure-resistant properties. The results showed that the sigmoid waveform of tilt side with a tilt 45° angle had a better mechanical condition and pressure-resistant properties. Based on this waveform, the parameters such as wave width, wave depth and circle radius which can affect pressure-resistant properties, the spring rate and the load multiplier had been analyzed. The results showed a reference value on optimal design of waveform in welded metal bellows.
