摘要
从树立以人为本的观念、对馆员实行人性化关怀、重视人才培养和营造和谐环境等方面,探讨了高校图书馆加强人性化管理和服务的对策。
Discussed in this paper are the measures for strengthening humanistic management and improving service in academic libraries from the aspects of setting humanistic management concept, implementing personalized concern for librarians, devoting attention to training of talents, and creating harmonious environment.
