摘要
目的建立徐长卿药材和丹皮酚注射液中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Venusil XBP-C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇—水(70∶30,v/v);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:274nm。结果丹皮酚在0.03225~12.9μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),药材和丹皮酚注射液样品的平均回收率分别为97.8%和98.6%,RSD分别为1.2%和1.3%。结论本法快速、准确,可有效控制徐长卿药材和丹皮酚注射液的内在质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeonol in Cynanchum paniculatum and Paeonol injection. Methods Venusil XBP-C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)column and methanol-water(70:30,v/v)as mobile phase were used.The flow rate was 1.0 mL-min-1,The UV detection wavelength was set at 247 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range from 0.03225 to 12.9ug·mL-1,with r =0.9999. The recovery was 97.8% and 98.6%,and RSD was 1.2% and 1.3%.Conclusion This method is rapid and accurate,it can effectively control interal quality of Cynanchum paniculatum and Paeonol injection.
