摘要 通过化学成份分析、低倍检验以及金相分析等方法,对27SiMn坯(材)探伤不合的原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:27SiMn坯(材)由于内部存在严重的缩孔和中心疏松,且引起夹杂物的大量堆积,从而共同导致探伤不合格。并分析提出了改善此缺陷的措施。 Based on the chemical composition analysis, macroscopic examination and metallographic analysis, the causes for non-conformance in ultrasonic inspection of 27SiMn billet (product) were analyzed and studied in this paper. The results show that there were serious defects such as shrinkage cavity and central porosity in 27SiMn billet (product), caused a large of accumulation of inclusion, led to detection failure. The measures which eliminate these defects were analyzed and presented.
