摘要
文章介绍了两种规格的弹簧夹头体在装配调试过程中批量性地发生突然断裂,通过对其进行宏观断口及表面检查、化学成份分析、硬度检测、金相检查等,分析出产生断裂的原因是由于弹簧夹头体存在淬火裂纹,使受力最大的头锥部与圆柱部的过渡圆弧处产生应力集中而导致脆性断裂。产生淬火裂纹的原因一是由于淬火温度过高,引起组织过热,二是淬火冷却过快。
when assembled or adjusted, the two specifications of spring chuck suddenly cracked in batch. By means of carrying out the inspections of macroscopic crack surface, the chemical composition analysis and the hardness detection, some slight quenching cracks which make the transitional arc and the cylinder bear additional stress are found. In addition, there are two reasons of quenching cracks. Firstly, high quenching temperature caused overheating. Secondly, the quench cooling process is too rapid.
