胰岛素泵与多点胰岛素注射对Ⅱ型糖尿病强化治疗的比较 被引量:1

Comparison of Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion and Multiple Subcutaneous Insulin Injection During Intensive Therapy in Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的:比较持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)和多次胰岛素皮下注射(MSII)在2型糖尿病中的效果。方法:60例新诊断2型糖尿病病人,分为胰岛素泵治疗组和皮下注射胰岛素组36例,治疗2周,观察两组治疗前后空腹及餐后血糖、最大胰岛素用量、平均胰岛素用量及低血糖现象发生情况。结果:治疗后两组血糖均有明显下降(p<0.05),CSII组血糖达标时间较MSII组短,平均胰岛素用量及最大胰岛素用量较MSII组少,且低血糖发生次数也较MSII组少,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:CSII和MSII两种治疗方法均可有效降低2型糖尿病患者血糖,其胰岛素泵在缩短血糖达标天数,减少胰岛素用量及降低低血糖发生率有一定优势。 Objective:To compare the theerapeutic efficacy between continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII) intype 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Sixty patients with T2DM were randomly divided into CSII group(N=24) and MSII group(n=36). The changes of the values of fasting and postprandial plasma glucose,serum insulin,C peitde,the time of blood glucose control,the insulin administration dose and the average insulin dose and the rate of hyoglycemia were observed and compared at 2 weeks after treatment.Results:The plasma glucose of two groups were obviously decreased,and the serum insulin and C peptide of two groups(p0.05).But the time of blood glucose control,the insulin administration dose and the rate of hypoglycemia wer different between the two groups(p0.05).Conclusion:Both the methods(CSII and MSII) can effectively reduce the blood glucose and improve the beta-cell function,so they have efficacy in the treatment of newly diagnosed T2DM.CSII can also reduce the time of reaching the target of blood glucose,decrease the insulin dose and reduce the incidence rate of hypoglycemia.
