摘要
文章阐述了用组合机床加工前后端面的设计依据和新的工艺方案,并对工件的定位、夹紧方式,切削时对加工面的辅助支承,工件的输送,刀具的选用以及主轴的设计等做了详细的介绍。该机床的研制,解决了加工前后端面过程中同时保证加工精度和加工效率的问题。
This article introduces the basis for designing and new processing plan of machining fix surface of front and rear end by modular machine tool.Also give the detailed explanation for mode of positioning and clamping,assistant supporting to machining surfaces during cutting,workpiece transportation,choice of tools and design of spindle.The development of this machine solves the problem of guarantee machining accuracy and processing efficiency at the same time.
