摘要
文章以转向节专用数控车床为研究对象,对异形件汽车转向节杆部及大端面的加工工艺进行了探讨,分析了普通卧式车床和简易卧式数控车床加工转向节杆部及法兰端面工艺方法不足,提出了采用专用立式数控车加工转向节杆部和大端面的工艺方案。给出了转向节专用立式数控车床总体结构、机床的工作循环及机床主要技术参数;并对转向节专用立式数控车床关键部件主轴箱、进给系统及转向节工装夹具等进行了设计。该机床使用结果表明,有效保证了转向节杆部和大端面与两顶尖孔的位置精度,同时有效降低装卸工件的劳动强度。
Taken the special knuckles CNC lathe as an object of study in the paper,profile automobile steering bar and the main processing of big face have been discussed and the lack of using usual horizontal lathes and simple horizontal CNC lathe machining steering bar and flange surface processing technology are analyzed,and the use of special vertical CNC lathe machining steering bar and the main process have been supplied.This paper gives the main structure of the knuckles special vertical CNC lathe,the working circle of the machine and the main technical parameters of the machine.Then the key components of spindle box,feeding system and fixture of the knuckles special vertical CNC lathe have been designed.The using result of this machine suggests that the technology thus effectively guarantee the stem and knuckles with two big face top hole position precision,and effectively reduce the labor intensity and unloading work pieces.
