摘要
目的分析某三甲医院临床技能中心成立3年来使用现状,探讨新时期技能中心发展方向。方法回顾性分析该院临床技能中心成立3年申请使用登记情况,收集其使用时间、部门,培训考核对象、人数、项目、学时等资料。结果 3年培训各级各类医护人员26 967人次,中心成立第1年开展培训项目次数最多,第3年开放使用频次最高;护理人员开放使用频次高于医师,开展最多的培训和考核项目是急救技能。结论临床技能中心是各级各类医师提高基本临床操作技能的重要场所,其科学建设、管理和使用是一项系统工程,需要领导重视、教学管理部门科学组织协调、各专业学科教学主任参与及强有力的后勤支持和保障。
Objective To analyze the using status about the clinical skills training center in the hospital in 3 years and discuss its development in the future.Methods We collected the using date,departments,training and examing objects,numbers,projects and class hours in the hospital in 3 years since the clinical skills training center was founded,and then we anlyzed the data retrospectively.Results Training and examing objects were 26967 in total for 3 years.Training and examing projects were highest in 2008,and the class hours were highest in 2010.The nurse department were higher than the doctors in the class hours.The project of first aid skills was the most one in 3 years.Conclusion The clinical skills training center is important to the progress in the clinical basic skills among the doctors.It is a systematic program in its construction,administration and using scientifically,needing the appreciation of the leaders,coordination of the educational administration department,participation of the teachers and the strong aids from the logistics.
