摘要
目的建立清肺抑火丸中盐酸黄柏碱的含量测定方法。方法采用离子对色谱法,Diamonsil—C18柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(31:69)(每100ml中加十二烷基磺酸钠0.18g)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为284nm,柱温为30℃。结果盐酸黄柏碱浓度在5.6~28.0μg·ml-1间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),盐酸黄柏碱平均回收率为99.4%,方法精密度(RSD)为0.71%(n=-6)。结论该法可用于清肺抑火丸中盐酸黄柏碱的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for detecting phellodendrine hydrochloride content in Qingfeiyihuo pills. Methods Paired ion chromatography was used. Chromatographic column was diamonsil-Cls. Mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid ( 31:69, V/V )( containing 1.8g sodium dodecyl sulfonate per 100 ml ), with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Detection wavelength was 284 nm. Results Phellodendrine hydrochloride had a better linear relation at a concentration of 5.6 - 28. 0μg·ml-1( r = 0.9996 ). The average recovery rate for phellodendrine hydrochloride was 99.4% ; precision of the method was 0.71% ( RSD, n = 6). Conclusions This method can be used in detecting phellodendrine hydrochloride content in Qingfeiyihuo pills.
