植物油与杂醇合成硬质聚氨酯泡沫用的聚醚多元醇 被引量:2

Synthesis of Polyether Polyol from Vegetable Oil and Hetero-Polyol Used in Preparation of Foamed Polyurethane

摘要 以植物环氧大豆油(ESBO)、玉米芯生产木糖醇所产生的副产物杂醇和甘油作为复合型起始剂,KOH为催化剂,加聚环氧丙烷(PO),合成了硬质聚氨酯(PU)泡沫用的聚醚多元醇(PPG);考察了聚合温度、水含量、KOH用量、ESBO用量、杂醇用量、甘油用量和PO用量对PPG性能及PU泡沫性能的影响。PPG的最佳合成条件为:聚合温度115℃,加入PO前反应体系中w(水)=0.17%;加入PO后,w(KOH)=0.3%,w(ESBO)=21.9%,w(杂醇)=18.2%,w(甘油)=4.5%,w(PO)=55.0%。在上述实验条件下合成的PPG的羟值为(420±20)mg/g,官能度不小于4.4,数均相对分子质量为560~620,能满足PPG应用市场的要求。 Polyether polyol (PPG) used in preparation of foamed polyurethane (PU) was synthesized through addition copolymerization from epoxy soybean oil( ESBO), glycerol, propylene oxide( PO), and hetero-polyol(PZ-E) which was a byproduct from production of xylitol from corn core, with KOH as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, water content, and the dosages of KOH, ESBO, PZ- E, glycerol and PO on the properties of PPG and PU were studied. The results showed that under the optimum polymerization conditions: temperature 115 ℃, water mass fraction 0. 17% before adding PO, KOH mass fraction 0.3%, ESBO mass fraction 21.9%, PZ-E mass fraction 18.2%, glycerol mass fraction 4.5% and PO mass fraction 55.0% , the PPG with hydroxyl value (420 ±20) rag/g, functionality not less than 4.4 and number average relative molecular mass 560 - 620 was obtained.
