摘要
目的:探讨益气活血、清热降浊法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将65例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例采用益气活血,清热降浊中药治疗;对照组30例采用西药常规治疗,60天后评判疗效。结果:治疗组在症状改善,24小时蛋白尿定量,肾功能改善等方面与对照组相比有较显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:本方法对慢性肾小球肾炎患者有显著改善其症状,降低蛋白尿,改善肾功能的效果。
Objective：To evaluate curative effects of YiQi HuoXue QingRe JiangZhuo therapy in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Method：65 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis are randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in treatment group receive YiQi HuoXue QingRe JiangZhuo therapy of TCM,30 cases of control group are given routine treatment of western medicine.Effects are compared in 60 days.Result：Symptom improvements,24 h quantitative proteinuria,renal function has significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：The therapy to chronic glomerulonephritis has the effects of improving the patients＇ symptom,decreasing proteinuria,improving renal function.
