摘要
目的 通过观察黄芪对慢性肾小球肾炎患者白细胞介素 2 /白细胞介素 2受体 (IL 2 /IL 2R)系统的影响 ,探讨黄芪对慢性肾炎的免疫调节机理。方法 42例慢性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组 (12例 ,黄芪注射液 60ml + 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0ml,静脉点滴 ,1次 /d ,疗程为一个月 ) ;对照组 (2 0例 ,除不给黄芪外 ,其它治疗与治疗组相同 )。测定治疗前后血清IL 2和血清、淋巴细胞培养上清液中的sIL 2R。结果 (1)与正常组比较 ,慢性肾炎患者血清IL 2显著降低 ,血清和淋巴细胞培养上清液中的sIL 2R显著增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;(2 )治疗后 ,治疗组血清IL 2明显升高 ,血清和淋巴细胞培养上清液中sIL 2R明显降低 ,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;(3 )对照组治疗前、后血清IL 2、血清和淋巴细胞培养上清液中sIL 2R水平无明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 黄芪能有效调节、改善慢性肾炎患者的免疫功能 ,可作为慢性肾炎的一种有效、安全。
Objective To observe the effects of astragalus on IL 2/IL 2R system in patients with chronic nephritis and investigate its mechanism of immunological adjust.Methods 42 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The astragalus group (22 cases) was treated by astragalus intravenously 60ml per day for one month.The control group (20 cases) was treated by conventional therapy alone. Results Comparing with normal subjects,the IL 2 level was significantly lower( P <0.001) while sIL 2R level in serum and supernatant of lymphocytes culture was significantly higher in patints with chronic nephritis( P <0.001).After treatment,the IL 2 level elevated significantly and the sIL 2R level in serumand supernatant of lymphocytes culture decreased markedly than that before treatment in astragalus group and that after treatment in control group( P <0.001),while it had no significant difference in control group.Conclusion Astragalus is able to regulate and ameliorate immunological function in patients with chronic nephritis and could be considered as e of safe?effective immunological regulators.
