摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗糖尿病足的效果及其护理要点。方法分析37例应用VSD技术治疗糖尿病足患者的临床资料及护理措施。结果 37例糖尿病足患者中行1次VSD术者22例、行2次VSD术者14例、行3次VSD术者1例。经25～86d的治疗,11例足部溃疡完全愈合,26例创面缩小后经皮瓣移植术后创面愈合。结论 VSD术能有效促进糖尿病足创面肉芽组织形成,加速创面愈合,有效的护理措施是VSD成功的保证。
Objective To discuss the effects and the key points of nursing of patients with diabetic foot treated by vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）.Methods Thirty-seven patients of diabetic foot were treated with VSD.The clinical data and nursing measures were analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results Of the 37 patients,22 had been performed VSD procedure for one time,with 14 for two times and 1 for three times.The skin ulcers of all the patients were healed within 25～86 days,26 cases of which had been performed skin graft transplantation.Conclusion VSD technique is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.It can facilitate the granulation tissue growth in the wound and shorten the time of healing.Intensive nursing is a key point for the success of the VSD procedure.
