摘要
电压源逆变器输出电压的准确重构对于交流电机驱动系统的磁链观测和速度估计非常重要。详细分析了利用直流母线电压、逆变器三相开关管状态和电压空间矢量时序图进行输出电压重构的过程,在三电平实验平台上对3kW异步电机通过改进型电压模型进行了磁链位置估算实验。忽略死区的影响,能够正确地估算每相输出电压,试验结果表明该方法具有降低硬件成本、可靠、容易实现等优点。
The accurate voltage reconstruction of voltage source inverter is an important issue for flux and speed estimations of AC drives. The reconstruction process of the output voltage was analyzed in details using the DC bus voltage,switch patterns and time-turn-chart of voltage vector space of the inverter. The experiments of flux and position estimations are carried on the three-level experiment platform with a 3 kW asynchronous machine. Neglecting the effect of the death-time, the output voltage of every phase can be estimate, The results of the experiments show that this method has the advantages of low hardware cost, credibility, and easy to be implemented.
