摘要
详细分析了利用直流母线电压和逆变器三相开关管状态进行输出电压重构的过程,讨论了死区时间和开关管非线性特性对输出电压估计的影响,并针对1.1kW异步电机进行了实验。实验结果表明,死区时间与开关管非线性特性对输出电压估计具有一定程度的影响。
The reconstruction process of the output voltage is analyzed in details using the DC-bus voltage and the switching patterns of the inverter; and the effects of the dead-band time and non-linear characteristic of the switches on estimation of output voltage are discussed. The experiments are carried out with 1.1 kw asynchronous machine.The results from the experiments show that both dead-band time and non-linear of the switches affect estimation of output voltage to a certain extent.
