摘要
基于机组技术供水稳定性的要求,通过改变不同的运行方式,观察管路残压的具体情况,分析异常现象,指出了安全隐患,并提供了解决办法,从逻辑控制和自动化元件两方面分析了主轴密封水示流信号器导致跳机问题,确定了设备异动方案,取得了预期效果。
According to the requirements of technical water supply stability for generator, the abnormal phenomenon is analyzed by changing the operation mode and observing pipeline residual pressure. And then it points out the hidden trouble of safety and the solution method is proposed. At the same time, the generator accident caused by the current annunciator of main axis sealing water is analyzed from the aspects of logic control and automation element. Finally, the equipment transformation scheme is determined. Thus, the expected result is obtained.
