摘要
文章针对可重组制造系统的运行特点和故障分类,在构造制造系统结构模型和诊断模型的基础上,利用灰关联理论结合模糊数学相关方法,通过新的诊断指标的使用,为可重组制造系统的故障诊断提供了一套新的可诊断性与可检测性分析方法;通过具体实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性,同时提出了该方法的不足以及今后研究的重点。
On the basis of the operation characteristics and failure classification of the reconfigurable manufacturing system(RMS), the structural model and diagnostic model of the RMS are constructed. A new method of diagnosability and detectability analysis for the failures in RMS is proposed by using new diagnostic indicators based on grey relevancy analysis and fuzzy theory. The effectiveness and feasibility of this method are demonstrated by examples, and the inadequacy of the method and the research focus in the future are also proposed.
