摘要
数控机床的主轴系统可以看作一个灰色系统,将灰色系统理论中的灰关联分析应用于主轴系统的故障识别,并阐述了在故障诊断中应用灰关联分析的原理,分析了主轴系统几种典型的故障状态,并通过实验验证了待检验的主轴运行状态与通过灰关联分析判断的结果的一致性,结果表明分析结果是正确的。
The principle axis system of NC machine tool can be considered grey system,so grey relation grade is applied in fault diagnosis of principle axis system.It deduced the principle of grey interrelated method applied in fault diagnosis,and analyzes several typical fault status of the principle axis system.And by some experiments verified that the consistency betwwen the axis running status to be tested and the calculated results of grey relation grade.The results show that the analysis is correct.
