摘要
目的:探讨玉米粗多糖对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:ICR小鼠随机分成为正常对照组、环磷酰胺模型组、玉米粗多糖低、高剂量组(50,100 mg.kg-1,连续ig 7 d)。ip环磷酰胺制备小鼠免疫低下模型,检测小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数、血清溶血素(HC50)和小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结果:玉米粗多糖可显著增加免疫低下小鼠的脾脏指数(P<0.05),并显著提高免疫低下小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞吞噬指数(P<0.001)。结论:玉米粗多糖可促进免疫功能低下小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞功能。
Objective: To investigate the immunomodulating activities of crude polysaccharides from the seeds of Zea mays.Method: ICR male mice were randomly divided into four groups,including normal control group,cyclophosphamide model group,and two groups treated respectively with low dose and high dose of crude polysaccharides from the seeds of Z.mays(50,100 mg·kg-1) for 7 d.The hypoimmune mice model was constructed by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide.Thymus index,spleen index,serum hemolysin(HC50) and phagocytic index of mononuclear macrophage were measured.Result: The crude polysaccharide from the seeds of Z.mays promoted spleen index(P0.05) and phagocytic index(P0.001) of hypoimmune mice.Conclusion: It is suggested that the crude polysaccharide from the seeds of Z.mays has significant effect of the immuun regulation in hypoimmune mice by promoting phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage.
