重症胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨早期肠内营养在重症胰腺炎(Serere acute pancreatitis,SAP)治疗中的作用。方法:将23例SAP患者随机分为两组,实验组12例使用肠功能恢复汤和早期肠内营养;对照组11例采用SAP常规治疗和肠外营养,两组进行对比研究。结果:实验组较对照组肠功能恢复早、感染治疗效果好、花费低、住院天数缩短。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠道功能恢复和肠内营养对SAP的治疗具有重要作用,降低了并发症,减少了住院时间和费用,患者能早期进食,对恢复体能有积极作用。
