摘要
针对高速立式加工中心电主轴的结构特点,利用集中参数模型和传递矩阵法对其电主轴系统进行动力学建模。计算结果表明,该方法能有效求解电主轴系统的固有频率,且方法简单,易于编程。
According to structure characteristics of motorized spindle in high-speed vertical machining center,the lumped parameter model and transfer matrix method is used for dynamics modeling of high-speed system.It is shown that natural frequency of high-speed system is effectively calculated,and transfer matrix method has advantages of simple calculation and easy programming.
