摘要
齿轮系统动力学计算中需要考虑多种因素,其中啮合刚度激励、误差激励等是齿轮系统的主要内部激励。误差激励是啮合轮齿之间的一种周期性位移激励,是产生齿轮振动的主要因素之一。对误差激励进行了分析和计算,在考虑重合度、齿轮误差及其随机变化的情况下,给出了行星齿轮传动系统中一对齿轮副短周期误差的合成原理以及详细求解过程。最后给出计算实例,其计算结果表明所提出方法是有效的。
Many factors need to be considered in the analysis of gear system dynamics. Mesh stiffness and error excitation make the most infection in the system. As a periodically variational excitation that exist in the mesh gears,error excitation is one of the primary factor that causes the vibration of gear system,error excitation is analysed and calculated. The synthetical principle and evaluate process of short-period errors of a gear pair in the gear system is given,considered about total contact ratio and the randomicity of gear errors. In the end,a calculation example is given,the result shows that the method is the validity.
