摘要 近年来,食品安全问题的集中爆发,与供应链中食品企业安全责任的缺失不无关联。基于供应链视角,在界定食品供应链与食品安全责任内涵的基础上,分析了食品供应链中食品安全责任缺失风险的传导机制,提出了相应的风险规避策略,期望为食品行业相关部门提供决策参考。 Recently ,the outbreak of food safety problem is not independent of the food safety responsibility defect in food enterprises in the supply chain.Through the supply chain perspective and on the basis of defining food supply chain and food safety responsibility, conduction mechanism of food safety responsibility defect in the food supply chain is analyzed and corresponding risk avoidance strategies are proposed.It is hoped that reference could be made for decisions in relevant departments in food industry.
