穿层钻孔掏穴增透强化抽采瓦斯技术研究 被引量:11

摘要 为提高预抽煤层瓦斯消突效果,在底板巷穿层钻孔中进行了掏穴增透强化抽采技术试验。掏穴钻孔二次扩孔过程中,加大了对周围煤体的扰动,煤体的膨胀变形增大,煤体卸压更加充分,透气性也随之增大,预抽瓦斯效果显著提高。钻孔掏穴后风排瓦斯量有明显增长趋势,平均风排瓦斯量是掏孔前的2.5倍。掏穴增透有效影响半径可以达到5m。钻孔平均瓦斯浓度由3.4%增至20.5%,瓦斯抽采纯量是普通钻孔的4.8倍。掏穴增透强化抽采技术简单易行且效果显著,为提高瓦斯抽采效果提供了一种行之有效的方法,值得推广应用。 In order to improve effect of gas drainage, the paper presents a technique to improve the effect of gas drainage by expanding borehole diameter. The experiment is implemented in crossing- measure. The influence of drilling is enhanced during boreholes reaming,which induces range expanse of stress relief, permeability improvement and significant enhancement of gas drainage. By contrast with normal boreholes, the average gas emission in wind flow is 2.5 times more than normal one. The radius of influence is expanded to 5m. The concentration is increased from 3.4% to 20. 5% and the volume of gas drainage is 4.8 times as many as normal one. The advantages of the technique are operation simplicity, low cost and significant effect. Thus it is an effective method and worth popularizing in coalmine.
