摘要
目的探讨展舒胶囊的制备工艺。方法选择浸膏收得率为评价指标,以浸膏收得率为指标,通过正交试验、重复验证试验筛选出最佳提取条件。结果除三七、血竭外的3味中药以70%乙醇回流提取,药渣以10倍水浸泡3 h,煎煮2 h,合并提取液和煎煮滤液浓缩成稠膏,加入三七、血竭后制成胶囊。结论所用方法简便、迅速,测定结果可为展舒胶囊的临床合理用药提供科学依据。
Objective To study the preparation technology of Zhanshu Capsule.Methods The best extraction conditions were screened by orthogonal test and repeating validation test with extraction yield as an index.Results The three Chinese medicinal materials except Sanqi and Dragon＇s Blood were extracted by reflux with 70%ethanol and the residue was soaked with 10-fold amount of water for 3 h and boiled for 2 h.The filtrate and extract were combined and concentrated into a thick paste,which was made into capsules by adding Sanqi and Dragon＇s Blood.Conclusion The used method is simple and rapid.The detected results may provide a scientific basis for rational use of Zhanshu Capsule in clinic.
