摘要
目的:建立阿归养血糖浆中芍药苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent Tc C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(14∶86);检测波长:230 nm。结果:芍药苷的线性范围为0.04856-0.9712μg(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD%为0.69%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于阿归养血糖浆的质量控制。
Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of peoniflorin in Egui-yangxue syrup. Methods： The chromatographic condition consisited ,of Agilent Tc C18 chromatographic column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（14：86） at the detection wavelength of 230 nm. Results： The linear range of Peoniflorin was 0.04856-0.9712 μg （r=0.9996）,the average recovery was 100.01%, RSD%=0.69%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, can be used as quality control for Egui-yangxue syrup.
