摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC和变频器的液位自动控制系统的构成和工作原理。系统采用变频器调节电机转速,保持锅炉液位恒定。使用PLC实现系统的主要控制功能,使用组态软件进行硬件及其网络组态;编写系统程序并使用SIEMENS公司的STEP7-Micro/WIN编程软件中的PID向导对控制系统进行调试,获得最优的PID整定参数,使系统较好地完成了预期的控制。
The structure and working principle of a liquid level control system based on PLC and inverter is introduced.The system uses the inverter to regulate motor speed so as to maintain constant boiler liquid level.The main control is realized with PLC,and the configuration software is used to configure hardware and network.System programs are written and debugged by using the STEP7-Micro/WIN programming software PID wizard,and the best PID tuning parameters are obtained.The system is expected to complete a better control.
