摘要
目的:了解目前我院治疗2型糖尿病类国家基本药物的合理应用情况,为促进国家基本药物在我院的临床应用提供参考。方法:抽取我院2009-2010年2型糖尿病患者的住院病历和门诊处方共1500份,按照用药频次、用药数量以及联合用药的情况进行分析。结果:在抽查的1500份住院病历和门诊处方中,国家基本药物占88.6%,以单独使用和二联用药的降糖方案为主,二甲双胍处方频次和用药频次最大。结论:国家基本药物是我院治疗2型糖尿病的主要用药,其临床应用基本合理,疗效良好。
OBJECTIVE： To understand current clinical application of national essential drugs for type 2 diabetes in our hospital, and to provide the clinical reference for further promoting the essential drug use in our hospital. METHODS： A total of 1 500 in-patient medical records and out-patient prescriptions of type 2 diabetes treatment were collected from our hospital during 2009- 2010, and then were analyzed in terms of drug category, DDDs, medication quantity and combination therapy. RESULTS： Among 1 500 in-patient medical records and out-patient prescriptions of type 2 diabetes treatment, national essential drugs accounted for 88.6% mainly were single drug and two-drug hypoglycemic scheme. CONCLUSION： National essential drugs are main types for type 2 diabetes in our hospital. Its clinical use is reasonable and sound clinical effect has been obtained.
