摘要
目的:研究中西医对慢性肾脏病进展机制的共同认识及相关思考。方法:从中西医两种医学角度对慢性肾脏病的进展机制进行对比分析,探讨二者间相似之处。中西医均认为在一定的启动因素下,肾脏损伤产生新的变化并进一步加重疾病,存在恶性循环。西医强调综合治疗,中医在延缓慢性肾脏病进展也应强调多重干预的综合治疗。结果与结论:中西医在对慢性肾脏病的进展机制方面有相似认识,在治疗上可以相互借鉴和补充。
Objective：To stady on the common cognition about the progressive mechanisms of chronic kidney disease with Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine.Methods：On the basis of analyzing the progression mechanisms of chronic kidney disease from Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine,we discussed the similarities which were the harmful trigger factors make disease be more serious and the renal damage getting vicious cycle.Western medicine emphasices most patients with CKD should be unfragmented or comprehensive,Chinese traditional medicine also provides appropriate and systematical interventions to delay progression of CKD.Results and Conclusion：There are some common cognitions on the progressive mechanisms of chronic kidney disease between the two medicines,which may be helpful for the two medicines to learn from each other.
