摘要
近年来关于产业集群的研究越来越多,本研究从一般管理领域的角度出发,将产业集群依理论与分析单位分成"Marshall产业区理论—产业政策影响与集群"、"折衷理论—产业集群之国际化"、"网络理论—产业集群与创新"、"资源基础理论—产业集群与组织绩效"此四个层级进行系统性回顾。从宏观到微观的理论概念,本研究回顾近十年来在西方与台湾一般管理领域重要期刊中,43篇产业集群的相关文献,得以体现现今不同层级的研究贡献,并提出未来在此领域的重要研究议题。
Recent study has focused on issues of industrial cluster. This paper systematically reviews the literatures based on theories typology and unit of analysis in the field of general management. We classified the literature ranging from inter-country level, country level, industrial cluster level, to firm level. The four different levels encompass perspectives of eclectic paradigm, Marshall＇s regional industry, network perspective and resource-based view of the firm. By macro to micro view, we analyze 43 papers published in western and Taiwan journals over 10 years. We aim to overview studies of different level in general management field and refine the research agendas for future research.
