摘要
我国高职教育以其特殊身份存在于高教系统已经10年了,其成绩是显著的。但它在高教系统中的定位与人才定位存在认识上的误区,也有在改革操作中违反教育基本规律,改革举措治标不治本,学校实质上存在"四个化"等现象。高职院校的改革,首先要解决"四个化"问题,然后才是教师与教学模式问题。
Higher vocational education with obvious achievements has existed in Chinese higher education sys-tem for 10 years.However,there are misunderstandings on its position in higher education system and the talent orientation.Except that,some moves of its revolution violated the basic educational rules,and did not address the root causes.Some special phenomenon virtually exists in schools.The revolution of higher vocational education should give the priority to the elimination of special phenomenon,then to talents as teachers and the teaching mode.
