角膜器官培养中角膜厚度的变化——硫酸软骨素的作用 被引量:4

摘要 报告了角膜在含有硫酸软骨素或右旋糖酐的保存液中进行器官培养24小时内,角膜厚度的变化。基础培养液分别为EMEM,DMEM/F12,F12和TCI99,并分别加入5%右旋糖酐、2.5%或1.5%硫酸软骨素组成各种不同的保存液。结果表明在2.5%硫酸软骨素和5%右旋糖酐的保存液中,角膜厚度相似,但在1.5%硫酸软骨素中则厚得多。4种培养液以EMEM的效果最好。提示由EMEM和2.5%硫酸软骨素为主要成分的角膜保存液在维持角膜厚度方面是最佳选择。 The thickness of corneas preserved in organ culture media containing chondroitin sulfate or dextran within 24 hours was studied. Basal culture media were EMEM, DMEM/F12, F12 and TC199. Experimental preservation media were composed of basal culture media containing 5% dextran, 1.5% or 2.5% chondroitin sulfate. The corneal thickness was measured at staggered intervals 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours after culturing in the preservation media. The results showed that the corneal thickness in 2.5% chondroitin sulfate containing media was similar to that in 5% dextran containing media. But in 1.5% chondroitin sulfate containing media corneal thickness was much thicker. EMEM was the best in four media. And the corneal thickness in K-Sol was thinner than that in CSM. The studies suggest that the eorneal preservation medium containing EMEM and 2.5% chondritin sulfate should be the best medium in maintaining corneal thickness.
