摘要
针对电加热炉被控对象的大延迟、模型不确定性,着重研究和设计了一种基于Profibus-DP网络结构的新型PID控制器。提出一种在现场总线环境下基于模糊遗传自适应PID的算法设计。使Profibus-DP从站和复合模糊自适应PID算法相结合构成了网络型模糊遗传自适应PID控制器,以实现PID参数的快速在线自动调整功能。并用MATLAB进行仿真,同时通过三路电加热炉实验证明。该PROFIBUS现场总线通信系统中PID控制器工作稳定,控制效果显著,优于常规PID控制器。
Against large delays and uncertainty of electric furnace's controlled object model,research and design based on Profibus-DP network structure of the new PID contr611er are focused on.An adaptive PID algorithm design based on fuzzy genetic algorithm in fieldbus environment is proposed.The Profibus-DP slave and complex combination of fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm constitute a network of genetic adaptive fuzzy PID controller.The fast online auto-adjustment function of PID parameters is achieved.MATLAB simulation is used, and through three-way electric heater experiment the fuzzy genetic algo- rithm is proved.PID controller is stable in the PROFIBUS field bus communication system,and the control effect is remarkable,better than that of the conventional PID controller.
