摘要
目的评价健康教育在儿童支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法 72例儿童支气管哮喘患儿随机分为干预组和对照组各36例,两组均予常规治疗。干预组在常规治疗的基础上同时实施一系列的健康教育干预,评价两组的治疗效果以及治疗的依从性以及随访1年后两组哮喘发作次数、急诊治疗次数以及再住院率。结果干预组临床控制率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组完全依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,干预组哮喘发作次数、急诊治疗次数明显少于对照组,干预组的再住院率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够显著提高支气管哮喘患儿治疗的依从性,减少哮喘的发作次数及再住院率,值得推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of health education in children with bronchial asthma. Methods All 72 cases bronchial asthma in children were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 36 patients, two groups were routinely given treatment. While the treatment, intervention group on the basis of the control group was given a series of health education interventions. Results The clinical intervention group of the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Full compliance of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). After 1-year follow- up, the intervention group the number of asthma attacks, emergency treatment times was significantly less than the control group, the intervention group re-hospitalization were significantly lower than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education can significantly improve adherence to treatment in children with bronchial asthma, reduce asthma episodes and readmission rates
