摘要 目的观察高危冠心痛患者行非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术围手术期应用主动脉球囊反搏(IABP)的治疗效果。方法对10例高危冠心病患者于非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术围手术期应用主动脉球囊反搏,6例术前应用IABP,2例术中应用IABP,2例术后应用IABP。结果6例术前应用IABP顺利脱离IABP,抢救成功率6/6;术中开始应用IABP者死亡1例,术后应用IABP者死亡1例,抢救成功率均只有1/2。结论IABP是高危冠心病患者行非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术重要的保驾、抢救治疗措施,但应该尽早使用。 Objective To observe the high-risk patients underwent off-pump coronary artery disease coronary artery bypass surgery perioperative intra-aortic balloon eounterpulsation (IABP) treatment. Methods 10 cases of coronary heart disease in high-risk off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery peri-operative intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation, 6 cases of preoperative IABP, 2 cases of intraoperative application of IABP, 2 postoperative application of IABP. Results 6 cases of preoperative IABP smoothly from IABP, the survival rate 6 / 6; began to use intraoperative IABP death in 1 case, postoperative IABP death in 1 case, the survival rate were only 1 / 2. Conclusion IABP in high-risk off-pump coronary artery disease patients with significant coronary artery bypass surgery escort, rescue treatment, but should be used as soon as possible.
