摘要
基于受压细长杆欧拉荷载模型对水平管道导向支架的最大间距进行了探讨,求得了水平管段导向支架最大间距计算公式。借助CAESARⅡ对某厂管道进行应力分析,得出水平导向支架最大间距,并分析了此计算值与经验设计值之间的差异。
The maximum spacing of horizontal guided suppolls was discussed in this paper based on the Euler load model of a long and thin slender compression rod, and the formula calculating horizontal guided supports maximum spacing was derived. By using CEASAR II, the stress analysis for one piping was performed and the maximum spacing between two horizontal guiding supports was obtained. The calculation result was con]pared with empirical design value, and the difference between them, then. was analyzed.
