摘要
本文以ＤＮ４００水－水换热器设计计算为例，说明ＧＢ１５１－８９《钢制管壳式换热器》中关于折流板的最大间距应不大于圆筒内直径的规定是不尽合理的，不利于壳程流体压力降的降低，并提出了相应的建议。
With the example of the design of one DN400 water-water heat exchanger, it can be concluded that the stipulation in GB151-89 'Steel Tabular Heat Exchanger'that the maximum baffle spacing shall not be greater than the diameter of the cylinder shell is not appropriate. This provision is unfavorable to decrease the pressure drop of the liquid at shell side. The modification, then, was proposed.
