摘要
在设计CMOS电路时,有时需要的直流电压不一定都在VSS~VDD之间,这时通常会用到电荷泵(charge pump),用以产生电路需要的工作电压。在数字电路中,电压产生电路的最常见应用是产生一个负的衬底偏压,提高器件性能减小寄生效应。这里介绍一种用于产生负衬底偏压的基本电路即衬底泵,它由振荡器、负电荷泵和调节器组成。通过仿真图像可以清楚的看到衬底泵的工作情况:把衬底电压维持在一定的负压范围内。
Often when designing CMOS circuit,positive and negative DC voltages are needed that do not lie between VSS and VDD.Sometimes a charge pump circuit(or more often,a voltage pump) will be used to generate the voltage that the circuit needed.A common application of a voltage generator in digital circuit is generating a negative substrate bias voltages to improve device's performance and deduce parasitics.A simple substrate pump is show here which is composed of oscillator circuit、negative charge pump and regulator.The simulation results for the circuit show how the substrate pump work: keeping the substrate voltages at a certain extent.
