摘要
为了节省提花布料制造成本,缩短织造新品种新花型的周期,提高生产率,提出利用电磁铁吸合的工作原理,由控制系统控制横针的进出,来替代机械花筒和纹板,设计研究出电子花筒。同时对热量的起源,散热的最佳效果等方面进行分析,实施了减少热量提高散热效果等一系列措施,解决了电子花筒普遍存在的关键问题——散热问题,使产品的稳定性大大提高。
The paper introduced a type of innovative textile machinery known as electronic jacquard cylinder which is used for saving manufacturing cost of jacquard textile, shortening production period of new patterns, and improving production efficiency. It controls transverse needle motions by electromagnet attraction instead of mechanical jacquard cylinder and cardboards. The paper also analyzed heat source and cooling efficiency of the system, implemented a series measures for reducing heat and enhancing heat dissipation effect thus resolved key problem common existed in electronic jacquard cylinder. The new design has been recognized by clients for better stability. [ Ch,3 fig. 7 ref. ]
