山西梨部分栽培品种抗寒性研究初报 被引量:14

Primary Report on Cold Resistance of Some Pear Cultivars in Shanxi

摘要 以1 a生枝条为试材,对7个梨品种进行了电导率测定,并且对7个抗寒性不同的梨品种在休眠期间枝条内的可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量及变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量随着温度的下降而升高,抗寒性强的品种可溶性糖含量高,且与抗寒力呈显著正相关;而脯氨酸含量与抗寒力强弱无明显相关性。 Taking 1 year old dormant shoots as the materials,electric conductivity of 7 pear cultivars were determined.We studied on the soluble sugar and proline content and changing regulation of seven pear cultivars with different cold resistance during the dormancy stage.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and proline increased gradually with the reducing of temperature.The stronger cold resistance cultivars had higher soluble sugar content.The soluble sugar had positively high significance related to the cold resistance,but the proline content had no obvious correlation with the cold hardiness.
