摘要
为探究冰水预冷结合不同药剂处理对哈密瓜贮藏品质的影响,以哈密瓜品种西州密25号为试材,研究冰水预冷处理结合保鲜剂、杀菌剂、保鲜剂复合杀菌剂处理对哈密瓜生理及贮藏品质的影响。定期测定哈密瓜采后贮藏期间的可溶性固形物含量、硬度、电导率、色差等指标随时间的变化。结果表明：冰水预冷复合药剂处理,贮藏期间,采用氟硅唑杀菌剂复合壳聚糖保鲜剂涂膜处理果实,较好地保持了果实硬度、哈密瓜中心TSS含量,细胞膜渗透率的变化平缓;采用氟硅唑杀菌剂处理果实,抑制哈密瓜果实在贮藏期间的色差变化效果较好。试验证明,在冰水预冷温度0℃左右、处理时间120 min,6~8℃贮藏温度下,对西州密25号进行采后氟硅唑杀菌剂复合壳聚糖保鲜剂涂膜处理果实,减缓了哈密瓜可溶性固形物的消耗,抑制了果实的软化,较好地保持哈密瓜的品质,有效延长了哈密瓜的贮藏期。
The objective is to study the impact of different ice pre-cooling complex pharmaceutical treatment of melon fruit quality. Melon Xizhoumi25th was selected as test materials, combined with pre-cooled ice preservative effects on physiology and storage quality of cantaloupe fungicide, preservative compound fungicide treatment. During storage soluble solids, hardness, conductivity, color and other indicators of change with time after harvest cantaloupe were measured periodically. The results showed that the use of fungi- cides Flusilazole preservative compound chitosan coating treatment can maintain good fruit firmness, cantaloupe center TSS content, and membrane permeability; using Flusilazole can inhibit fungicide treated fruits, cantaloupe fruit, and color changes during storage. It is concluded that under ice pre-cooling temperature around 0℃, treatment time 120 min, and 6-8℃ storage temperature, with post-harvesting fungicide compound chitosan Flusilazole preservative coating processing on fruit of Melon Xizhoumi25th, cantaloupe slowed soluble solid material consumption, inhibit fruit softening, and better maintained the quality of melon, effectively extent the storage period.
